Historic Restoration and Design to New Construction on Martha's Vineyard
Our experience includes restoration of historic buildings and new construction. We have worked with homeowners and realtors to improve existing buildings by upgrading frames, electric systems, and plumbing systems. Whether we start with exploratory deconstruction to assess the soundness of a restoration project, or begin with comprehensive pre-construction conferences with an architect, we are up to the challenge. We are well-versed in the latest construction techniques and have an extensive knowledge of historic architectural details and materials. We develop workable approaches that translate drawings into physical solutions that work.
